I don’t know where to start. The Honeymoon was just simply amazing, and it definitely exceeded our wildest expectations.
Firstly we would like to thank you for all your effort in arranging everything, from the flights, accommodation to the transport in Zanzibar. Thanks for helping and guiding us through the whole booking process. You made time to phone us and explain all the option and what would suit our needs and budget, even though we are in 2 different countries.
Your great service continued even after we booked the honeymoon through you. You supplied us with a lot of additional info on Zanzibar, what to see, what to do and recommendations. You even checked in on us during the fights to make sure everything is going as planned.
Thanks again for all your help and effort in arranging the most beautiful and unforgettable honeymoon.
A bit of feedback on Uroa bay beach resort:
The Staff/service:
The staff at Uroa bay beach resort where very friendly and helpful. They always greeted us with a smile and where quick to help if any problems arose, for example when our bags got lost they assisted us in getting in touch with the airline.
The staff at the excursion desk was great in providing us with information on the different tours and putting together an itinerary to enable us the explore the island and get the most out of Zanzibar in our short stay there.
The service was quick and hassle free.
The accommodation:
The room was spacious and beautifully decorated with fresh flowers each day. They cleaned the room daily and provided us with fresh water and fruits.
The food:
WOW what a treat. From breakfast to dinner there where a wide variety of foods with ample time to sit down and enjoy the meals. This included seafood, meats, pastas, vegan options, dessert, fresh fruits and vegetables.
Each night there was a different theme for dinner and the chefs took this chance to show us their ability to cook different country’s cuisines.
The food was amazing!
We would definitely make use of your services again. See attached some photos.
