  Your day starts with a visit to the Me Tu house where “banh chung” is made. The host will explain and help you to make some of these traditional delicacies. After finishing, your guide will take you to the Ba Do house to learn how to make more types of savoury cakes such as “banh beo”, “banh nam”, and “banh bot loc”. You will stay for lunch, which will include the dishes you have just made, as well as other traditional Vietnamese savoury cakes.
• Twilight Foodie Tour
  Get on the back of a Vespa scooter for an adventure through the charming streets in the former imperial capital city of Hue. This excursion offers a great chance for visitors to get the best of Hue cuisine and local culture. The trip starts at a local cafe where you will be briefed about your journey and the wide variety of local specialties that you will sample. The Vespa will take you to a hand-picked local family-run venue that serves the best authentic local food. You will have time to enjoy one of the best local noodle soups, called Bun Bo Hue (Hue beef noodle soup), “banh Khoai” – Hue sizzling pancake, sweet soups and variety of Hue cakes. A leisurely ride on the back of the Vespa will bring you back to your hotel after the excursion.
